ARCHICAD 21 introduces the highly-anticipated Stair Tool, featuring GRAPHISOFT's patent-pending Predictive Designв„ў technology. ARCHICAD 21 delivers a number of other, important functional improvements in the fields of visualization, OPEN BIM, performance and productivity making this version one of the strongest in GRAPHISOFT's history.

This Hotfix includes important fixes for bugs discovered since the original release of ArchiCAD 17 (Build 3002) and makes the trial functions of EcoDesigner STAR available in countries where the product is available (United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and Sweden). The hotfix applies to ArchiCAD, BIM Server and all other components: BIM Server Manager, BIMx, MEP Modeler and all GRAPHISOFT-distributed Add-Ons and Goodies.

ArchiCAD 17 Hotfix contains various fixes and improvements necessary to introduce full BIMx Hyper-model support to ArchiCAD 17. The brand new BIMx Hyper-model publishing allows complete BIM documentation (3D models as well as 2D drawings) to be shared for use on iOS devices such as the iPhone/iPad.

A large range of CAD manufacturers has put new versions on the market this year. Besides ArchiCad 17, Vectorworks 2014 and AutoCad Architecture 2014 have been released. Now, Nemetschek follows and places Allplan 2014 on the market. Allplan has removed many of the small annoying flaws and, in doing so, taken into account a great deal of costumer wishes and remarks. Stumbling blocks have been removed, which were better solved by competitors since years. And there have been built in some great new features like, for example, the extrusion function in the 3D mode.
