Download and unzip to any directory.
The native Windows, Linux, and MacOS implementation are contained in the DLL, .so, and dylib files:

Download and unzip to any directory. Unzipping will create a chilkat-9.5.0-delphi subdirectory containing the following files:
README.txt A text file pointing to this document and other sources of information.
ChilkatDelphi32.dll The Chilkat 32-bit DLL providing the implementation for all Chilkat objects.
This DLL is not an ActiveX. It does not need to be registered via regsvr32.
ChilkatDelphi64.dll The Chilkat 64-bit DLL providing the implementation for all Chilkat objects.

Process Windows Events in Loops that Take a Long Time to Run
If your code has a loop that takes a long time to run, then make sure to process Windows events by calling WindowEvent. See PureBasic WindowEvent, and PureBasic Windows Message Handling. Otherwise Windows will complain that your application has stopped responding.

The easiest way to install for use in Classic ASP or SQL Server is with the MSI Installer. For classic ASP, install on the web server. For use in SQL Server stored procedures, install on the server that runs SQL Server. If you don't know whether your ASP code or SQL Server runs as 32-bit or 64-bit, then install both 32-bit and 64-bit to cover both possibilities.
