The Chilkat licensing allows for royalty-free redistribution. It means that you may include the Chilkat ActiveX DLL's in your applications install package. The Chilkat installer (.msi) for an ActiveX component will copy one or more DLL's to your hard drive and register them w/ regsvr32. The files are copied to the default location under "Program Files/Chilkat Software Inc/...".
