DIXml is an embedded XML, XSLT, and EXSLT processing library for Delphi (Embarcadero / CodeGear / Borland). It is build on the libxml2, libxslt and libexslt libraries. However, DIXml requires no DLLs or any other external files whatsoever. All required code is compiled completely into the application's executable. DIXml is the most feature-complete XML and XSLT solution for Delphi.

Update libxml2 to version v2.12.2:
Parser: Fix invalid free in xmlParseBalancedChunkMemoryRecover.
Parser: Make CRLF increment line number
HTML Parser: Switch to UTF-8 if a document starts with '<?xm' to match long-standing behavior. In most cases, a document starting with an XML declaration will specify UTF-8.
Tree: Fix regression when copying DTDs.
Other improvements:
Add the EXSLT crypto module.
Correct xmlErrorLevel values.
Fix xmlEncodingWrapper encoding to non-UTF-8 encodings, and invalid input.
Improve precision of large values.
Fix EXSLT infinite recursion regression for functions without parameters.
