Single File System is a native Delphi virtual file system archive / backup library with transparent compression and strong encryption. Single File System provides an easy way to work with multiple files and folders stored as a part of a single file with advanced compression and encryption functionality. This solution encapsulates small but powerful virtual file system within a single-file storage. The mechanism of Single File System includes some advanced features of FAT and NTFS file systems and is specially optimized to achieve high performance.

How to use

Single File System is easy-to-use: just run setup program to install the product to Delphi (C++ Builder). The installation process is detailed in Installation chapter in readme.txt.

SFS use cases:
File of custom format. Typically if the application uses different data like texts, images, binary data, there should be a plenty of files for each type of data. With SFS you get a unique opportunity to store all these files as parts of a single file with minimum changes in your application code. Additionally SFS gives you advanced compression and encryption capabilities, so you can easily decrease the size of application data and protect it from unauthorized access.
Archiver. SFS provides the user a simple possibility to create, manage, protect and control archive files in user application.
Backup software. With SFS the user gets an easy way to perform secure, hard compressed or fast backups in user application.
