Hotfix for Inherited VCL Form HighDPI Regression in 10.2.1. This hotfix addresses a bug introduced in RAD Studio 10.2.1 and reported as RSP-18792 in our Quality Portal. The issue causes an inherited VCL form to fail to scale on high DPI displays.
