The Victor Library for 32-bit Windows is compatible with all 32- and 64-bit Windows operating systems including Windows 8.

The Victor Library for 64-bit Windows is for creating applications that will run only on 64-bit Windows operating systems.

The Victor Library is also available in static linkable library form for use with MS VC/C++ for creating downloadable ActiveX controls and applications that don't rely on the presence of a dll.
