New: Schedule Control: Added Row collate support to the TimeLine view. This will permit the user to collate (ie. logically group) displayed CalendarItems into segregated rows. This is accomplished via the addition of CalendarView.TimeLineGetRowCollateId event. Separator lines can also be shown between the collated rows via CalendarView.TimeLibeShowCollateLines.
