SandShell is a set of controls that make it easy to create attractive navigation-based user interfaces like Microsoft Outlook and Windows Explorer. They help you organise your application's user interface into hierarchical sections visually distinct from one another, to effectively simplify every task the user must undertake. We include a WunderBar control for navigating between distinct panes and an ExplorerBar control for presenting multiple collapsible panes. The API for this product is very easy to learn and the markup used to create even the most involved applications is simple.

This product includes powerful desktop alert components that make full use of WPF templating and databinding technologies to make the creation of desktop alerts easy. Alerts can be any size and shape and can host anything from simple text to fully-interactive complex controls. Firing off an alert is as easy as one line of code, and our queue manager intelligently presents alerts one by one including animation transitions.

We include an Office 2007 theme with the product that not only covers the controls shipped with the product, but most of the standard WPF controls used in the typical Office 2007 interface too. This makes it easy to give your whole window a consistent look and feel. We ship blue, silver and black color schemes for the Office theme and the developer is free to create their own color schemes or even completely retemplate the library to give it a truly unique appearance. The ExplorerBar control automatically obtains its colors from the current Windows theme.

Of course, comprehensive designer integration is included and configuring every aspect of these controls and their behaviour is as simple as a few clicks on the design surface, ensuring you or your developers will be up-and-running in no time.

Deployment of your application in a web browser is possible with full XBAP support. Full right-to-left support means you can deploy your application into any locale in the world and be assured your users will get the best experience possible.
