The Chilkat licensing allows for royalty-free redistribution. It means that you may include the Chilkat ActiveX DLL's in your applications install package. To deploy an ActiveX DLL to a computer requires that the DLL is copied to the computer and that it is registered using regsvr32. (Most installers register ActiveX DLL's automatically.)

The Chilkat installer (.msi) for an ActiveX component will copy one or more DLL's to your hard drive and register them w/ regsvr32. The files are copied to the default location under "Program Files/Chilkat Software Inc/...".
