Company SoftColor Oy of Finland has launched a new program Automata for automated image editing. The program runs in the background and the work it needs to specify the folder where the originals and the folder for the processed photos. Automata can simultaneously perform multiple operations with the original pictures: correct color balance, exposure, sharpness and contrast, remove noise pollution, change the format, size, and orientation, crop, straighten, and more. etc.

"We have started to develop Automata in order to create a small PC application, which would be able to solve basic and complex tasks when editing images without any hassle," says Petri Piiraynen, co-founder SoftColor Oy. "Automata makes this process simple and easy for any user."

Automata can produce an unlimited number of different processes, and has support for file logistics operations. It automatically downloads new files from the input folder and changed files after processing keeps the output folder, while retaining the "virginity" of the originals.

Auto Color to Automata is based on its own algorithm SoftColor spectral illumination detection, which allows the user to automatically or manually correct the white balance, exposure and contrast in one step.
Automata has tools and filters for image editing: resize, crop, rotate, straighten, sharpen and blur the addition, removal of noise from the image.
