zMatte is a full-featured keyer that is the result of our experience in creating hundreds of successful blue and green screen composites. Using proprietary matte extraction techniques, zMatte quickly and simply creates mattes with minimal parameters even if you are dealing with fine hair detail, smoke, or reflections. It is easy to use, yet provides the needed tools when faced with good, bad, or ugly shots - tools such as multiple matte creation, automatic spill suppression, sophisticated matte and edge manipulation, and color correction.

What is new in version 3.5:
Features:
- zMatte is now accelerated with OpenCL using your graphics card resulting in dramatic speed increases.
- zMatte can now process with 32 bit floating point precision.
- The Alpha parameter is used to match Avid's File Pixel to Video Mapping import settings when importing a file. By default, RGB (0-255) Inverted is selected to match Avid’s default import settings.
- Temperature and Cyan/Magenta were added to the Color Correctors.
- A Frame Window control has been added which determines the positioning of the frame averaging window as either Past, Centered or Future.
- Added Wrap to Matte Repair.
- One zMatte license will allow it to run in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro 6/7/X and Avid Editing Systems.
Changes:
- Removed Auto-Color from the Keyer > Color Suppress group. The color suppression color is automatically selected based on the Primary Matte > Extract On > Blue Screen or Green Screen selections.
- The Keyer > Color Suppress > Foreground parameter was renamed to Amount.
- The Keyer > Light Wrap > Light parameter was renamed to Brightness.
- The Keyer > Light Wrap > Light parameter was renamed to Brightness.
- The Matte Wrap plug-in was removed since it is now included in Matte Repair.
