Embarcadero has releases a couple of small and focused patches for the recent RAD Studio, Delphi, and C++Builder 10.2.3 update. The first is an Android Push Notification Patch available as https://cc.embarcadero.com/item/30831. This patch resolves an issue with push notifications on Android due to missing jar files. It fixes the publicly reported issue RSP-20137.
