Just copy the program to the DevExpress folder and run as administrator from it or select the folder manually. It can work with any Delphi version since XE8 (XE7 and previous uses another help system), and maybe with all devexpress who supports chm files, so test it and if you have problems maybe I can fix it and release a second version.
