This patch addresses two issues of the Delphi 10.4.1 compiler: a data layout issue with specific alignments, logged in Quality Portal as RSP-30890 and RSP-30787, and a performance issue when recompiling, logged as RSP-22074, RSP-30714, and RSP-30627). The performance issue also addresses performance for Code Insight using the LSP server.

Patch 1 installs right away. In future, it is possible some patches will apply to files that are in-use while the IDE is running. GetIt will handle those fine, by closing the IDE and installing.

We've just released a patch for C++Builder 10.3.3 that resolves:

RSP-27180 64-bit builds crash with threads
Creating and using a thread (eg std::thread) could result in an access violation on some machines.
